About Raghav







Hi! I am Raghav Krishna and over the last 11 years I have gone from being the worst manager ever in the eyes of my first managee (good friends now) to successfully leading multiple large teams in international projects and businesses
(LinkedIn Profile , Testimonials).

Over the course of this time I have made nearly every mistake possible as a young manager.

From not knowing how to handle older team members who didn't listen to me, to almost getting fired from my first big project due to poor team performances.

I felt like I had been thrown in at the deep end.

Somehow all those TED talks and l
eadership speeches on YouTube didn't translate to actual day to day challenges of leading a team.

Over the years, I saw a lot of my friends and colleagues around the world also struggle as they rose through their own careers.

Making the same mistakes and struggling with same lack of support as I did.

I realised that new managers the world over end up thrown in at the deep end.

Having been promoted due to their exceptional solo performances, they suddenly have to start ensuring that other people deliver exceptional performances.

It's like expecting a horse to fly.

Most young managers end up learning like I did, with a lot of trial, error, heartache and head
ache.
